Pictures interior
The Green Room is decorated with paintings of Gerrit van Houten (1866-1934) The kitchen is the oldest place in the castle. The thick walls enclose and hide the five centuries old stonehuis.

The Red Room, also called Boudoir, has a special painted wood ceiling from the Baroque period.

 The Small Hall is used as Wedding Hall of the municipality Slochteren. Yearly round 200 marriage-ceremonies are held here.
